Windfest is located at the Portland Community Center, located at 2000  Billy G. Webb Drive. 

Written Driving Directions

From the North—Hwy 181 and Hwy 35 will combine when you enter Portland.  Exit Buddy Ganem / Northshore and take a right at the four way stop intersection.  Turn Left onto Cedar Drive (first road on the left).  Turn right on Billy G. Webb Dr.  Follow Billy G. Webb Dr. to the Portland Community Center.

From the South (Corpus Christi)—Take Hwy 181 North into Portland.  Take the Buddy Ganem / Northshore Exit.  Take a left at the four way stop intersection and then go straight at the next four way stop intersection.  Turn Left onto Cedar Drive (first road on the left).  Turn right on Billy G. Webb Dr.  Follow Billy G. Webb Dr. to the Portland Community Center.
